The people know the what. Too few know the how. Many Hands is the how.
AI is compute. A dollar goes in, some amount of information comes out. But as these models get more powerful, what matters more is knowing how to point this firehose of capability in the right way. That's our job.
If we don't decide where to point AI, someone will do it for us, and it won't be at what we care about.
